At Paradigm Learning, the individualized learning path designed for each student connects what is being learned with the student's interests and passions. And since the student has a voice and choice in their education, information becomes a means for accomplishment in an area the student cares about.

Individual Attention

Paradigm Learning has a student to teacher ratio of 5:1. This is so each student will receive personal, one-on-one attention and focus each day. It facilitates discussion and questions, and teachers can identify specific areas of accomplishment and need. Individual attention creates respect and a positive value for every student

Student's Pace

Personalized profiles and learning paths enable a student to learn at his or her own pace. There is no "class plan". Every day there is a personal plan for each student in each subject. Students move on when they are able. The student can gain skills they may have missed in prior years or progress at a faster pace.

Maker Space education is a growing movement. Each quarter students use the materials in Paradigm's Maker Space so they can turn what they are learning into what they are passionate about. The result is what we call Passion Projects
